Do you think there’s any chance that Michigan gets Blake Corum back for the College Football Playoff?

Jordan: There’s been no coverage on Corum since his surgery, which is a bit suspicious in my opinion. I think more than likely he’s out for the playoffs, but there is some mystery surrounding it. Nobody knows what surgery Corum got; these surgeries have different recovery times, and if there’s anyone who can recover fast, it’s Corum. I’d give it a 20% chance he plays.

Brady: As much as I’d like to have Corum back, I don’t think it’s likely. “Season-ending surgery” usually means he’s not coming back. Crazier things have happened, but I think Michigan football should gameplan as if he won’t be available.

Nick: Unfortunately no. It’s Edwards or bust.

Josh: I think there’s a bigger chance of Blake returning in 2023 than there is of him playing in the playoffs at any point. Clearly, his knee injury was more than just a “deep bruise” that was reported and thus the surgery was warranted. That being said, don’t get your hopes up that ‘Blake The Great’ is returning either.

Cameron: Nope. Nada. Zilch. I was listening to some podcasts claiming it was possible for Corum to come back (although only like a 20% chance) last week, but that possibility has since gone down to 0% now that new information has come out this week. Edwards can more than the load though.

Chris: Nope. It’s the Donovan Edwards show. Blake is a warrior though so nothing would shock me.
