Chase Brown held to under 100

Chase Brown has been a superstar so far this season and actually leads the Big Ten in rushing yards. If the past two weeks hadn’t turned out the way they did, he could still be a Heisman Trophy candidate.

Yet, Brown was nicked up last week against Purdue. It seems like he is going to play but will Brown be 100 percent against the Wolverines?

The Illinois offensive line is really good and one of the best that Michigan football has faced so far this season but dating back to Nebraska, Brown has been held to under five yards per attempt in each of the last three games, and Michigan State, Purdue, and Nebraska aren’t Michigan.

The Wolverines are going to make Tommy DeVito beat them with his arm and I don’t see him being able to pull it off. This Michigan secondary is playing really well and as good as the run defense has been, the pass defense isn’t far behind.

DeVito has been great this season but Brown is the key to the Illinois offense and if Michigan can contain him, it should win.
