Michigan football got another important crystal ball projection for five-star quarterback Jadyn Davis this weekend who is trending hard toward the Wolverines.

There hasn’t been a ton of Michigan football recruiting news coming out of the weekend. The Wolverines hosted a number of commitments from the 2023 class, as well as some 2024 targets.

Obviously, there is still work to do in the 2023 recruiting class and Michigan football has some irons in the fire with some really good players, namely five-star athlete Nyckoles Harbor.

The sprinter and athletic freak could be a wide receiver or an edge rusher for the Wolverines and he recently talked about how hard Jim Harbaugh is pushing for him. Yet, while Harbor says Michigan football is high on his list, it looks like he will be taking his recruitment into February.

So there is still work to do.

With five-star QB Jadyn Davis though, a decision could come before the end of this year and over the weekend, another Michigan football recruiting expert projected him to land at U-M.

Another key crystal ball projection for Jadyn Davis

EJ Holland, the top Michigan recruiting expert for On3 put in an expert pick over the summer and he said recently that he’s more confident than ever. Steve Wiltfong of 247 sports also joined him recently with a crystal ball that was followed by Brian Dohn.

All of these picks are important because each guy is talking to Davis and confirming with sources about how the recruitment is looking and right now, Michigan football is the clear and overwhelming favorite.

Sam Webb of the Michigan Insider said he was close to a crystal ball projection and over the weekend, after an interview with the father of Jadyn Davis, Webb put in his crystal ball with a confidence level of seven.

The fact that the top Michigan expert for On3 and 247 are projecting Davis to Michigan, as well as multiple national experts (247 and Rivals) should make you feel good about where the Wolverines stand.
