Will Corum continue his Heisman-level production?

I feel silly for even asking this question, as Nebraska’s run defense is #108 in the country, giving up 183 rushing yards and 4.5 yards per carry on average per game, but the question still must be asked.

Depending on how big of a lead Michigan football gets in the first half, Corum might not be asked to run the football a ton, just like last week, when he had 20 carries for 109 yards and 2 TDs.

Nebraska doesn’t have the bodies or talent to stop Michigan on the ground, but, I’m just waiting to see at all if Corum or the Michigan offensive line has an uncharacteristic poor game creating holes and Corum gets bottled up.

While I don’t wish for this to happen obviously, and I’m 90% sure it won’t, Nebraska will probably sell out to stop the run, and selling out, no matter how good the offensive line is, will usually result in a down game for the running back.

I don’t believe anything I just said, but it is just to have a conversation.
