A lighter workload for Corum

During the six Big Ten games, Corum has averaged 27 rushing attempts per game. That’s one reason why he’s put together six straight games with at least 116 yards.

However, with Illinois and Ohio State looming, possibly two games against the Illini, I do think Mchigan football will take the chance to rest Corum a little if it presents itself.

Corum is going to need to touch the bal 25-30 times against Ohio State. So I’d love to see him get like 15 carries against Nebraska and call it day. He’ll break a big run and do enough to keep his Heisman Campaign on track but he’ll get a slight breather.

Michigan Football vs Nebraska score prediction

I think Michigan is going to control this game but it feels a little like Hawaii or UConn when the spread was just too high. I know the Huskers aren’t going to have their starting quarterback but they aren’t going to lay down.

Michigan might get up by four touchdowns or more, but Nebraska will score a touchdown in the second half and limit U-M to a couple of field goals on some of its red-zone trips.

Michigan football wins going away but I’m going to say the Huskers cover the spread in a 41-17 win over the Wolverines.
