Can Michigan contain Peyton Thorne?

Although MSU QB Peyton Thorne has had a down year from last season, he is still a dangerous QB, mainly because he can extend plays with his legs.

Mike Morris already talked earlier this week about how important it will be for Michigan to maintain their rushing lanes to not allow an open pocket for Thorne to run through, so I expect Michigan to do that.

Michigan football needs to keep QB contain inside (keep it going with the creative defensive twists and stunts Jesse Minter, please!) and get home on Thorne.

Michigan State’s offensive line has been leaky and shaky this entire season. I don’t expect that offensive line to be able to hold up for long against Michigan’s defensive line.

It should be a massacre on Halloween weekend on Thorn.
