Unleash Eyabi Okie and Derrick Moore

Michigan’s biggest concern thus far, arguably, is who steps up as consistent pass rushers.

We know what Mike Morris can do. He has been a force all over the line, with four sacks through 5 games. But he needs help. Fortunately for Mike, he appears to be getting some in the form of off-season transfer Eyabi Okie and true-freshman Derrick Moore.

The steady emergence of those two this season brings the solution to the aforementioned question. Each week both of them have gotten better and better, and against Iowa, we saw Okie really make his presence felt.

Against a poor offense in Indiana — which ranks in the bottom third of scoring offenses nationally — the Wolverines have an opponent to turn Okie and Moore loose on.

If the Michigan football pass rush, and in particular Okie and Moore get pressure on Hoosier quarterback Connor Bazelak, this game should be well in hand early.
