Don’t let this be a shootout

We kind of touched on it in the previous key but I really want to hammer this point home: don’t let this game become a shootout. Because that’s just what the Terrapins want you to do.

Mike Locksley might be overmatched this week, but he is a darn good coach and he knows how he’s going to have to win, by scoring points in bunches and hoping the Wolverines can’t keep up.

To avoid this, Michigan needs long drives that result in points, and when they’re in the red zone, take advantage and get 7, not 3.

Keep the ball out of Tagovailoa’s hands. Make their defense rise to the occasion and make this a game.

Do that, and Michigan will walk away 4-0, with their first Big Ten conference win under their belt.
