Michigan Football: 5 predictions for Wolverines against UConn
UConn gets traction on the ground and a score
As much as UConn has struggled this season, the Huskies have found something in running back, Nate Carter who has 354 yards in three games and is averaging 6.9 yards per attempt.
Obviously, UConn hasn’t played a team of Michigan’s standards, so I don’t expect those numbers to translate, but I do think the Huskies will stick with the run and try to shorten the game.
That’s their best hope of pulling an upset. Keeping McCarthy and the dynamic Michigan offense on the sidelines will be important if the Huskies are going to make this competitive.
I also think Carter will run the ball well enough to help UConn get over 100 on the ground. That will keep the game close for a while and it will be enough to help the Huskies beat the Spread.
Michigan Football vs Uconn score prediction
The Huskies will be well-coached and Mora will get the most out of his team, but anything outside of a miracle means the Wolverines will leave Michigan Stadium on Saturday 3-0.
This game might be a little more competitive or at least look that way due to the running game, but the Wolverines will pull away with some big plays and they’ll win without really breaking into a sweat, 52-10.
