The ugly: Cade McNamara

Cade went in right before halftime, as well as during the 3rd quarter, and did not look good at all. It is clear his confidence has taken a huge hit, and you can’t help but feel horrible for him.

Cade was sacked twice, giving Hawaii their first two sacks all season. During what was his last drive of the game, he threw an interception. Cade looked completely off his game, and it is sure because of the inevitability of him losing the starting job.

We all want what is best for the team, and we all want Michigan to win another Big Ten title. However, Cade is not the guy for the job this time around.

Michigan fans will always love Cade and have the most and utter respect for him. To be fair, he brought Michigan from one of their worst seasons in 2020 to beating Ohio State for the first time in 10 years, winning a Big Ten championship, and even a College Football Playoff berth. Cade changed this team for the better and Michigan fans will forever be thankful for that.

While Cade was the “Ugly” of this game, this doesn’t change how grateful Michigan Football fans are for him and how happy we are to have him on our team.
