Corum and Edwards go over 100

I thought Michigan football would run for more yards than it did last week and I honestly felt like Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards could both get 100 yards rushing.

They both got over 60 but they just lacked some explosive runs. Hawaii, however, has allowed 545 rushing yards in two games and the Rainbow Warriors have no hope of holding up against Michigan football’s offensive line or its tight ends.

Corum and Edwards probably won’t get tons of work. It will be 10-15 carries just like last week but I think they are both going to break off some explosive runs and reach 100.

The fact that McCarthy is playing quarterback will open up things even more. Truly, Michigan football has never had a weapon like McCarthy (an equal run/pass threat) in this modern era and it’s going to be fun to watch.

Defenses will also have to pay attention to the QB which will lead to more room for Michigan’s elite running backs.
