A manageable schedule

The schedule isn’t easy. The Wolverines still have to play three teams ranked in the top 25 — Ohio State, Iowa, and Michigan State. Penn State is also coming to town.

Of the four most difficult games, two are at home and two are on the road. Those four games are going to define the season and last year, the Wolverines went 3-1 against those teams and only one of the games was at home.

Michigan football has to prove it can beat Michigan State. That’s the huge item on the list as well as winning in Columbus, which hasn’t happened since 2000 when Drew Henson was the QB.

Against this schedule, anything less than double-digit wins will be a disappointment.
