(1.) Michigan Wolverines

Offensive Line coach: Sherrone Moore (2nd season)
Projected line-up: LT Ryan Hayes*, LG Trevor Keegan*, C Victor Oluwatimi, RG Zak Zinter*, RT Trente Jones

Summary: The Wolverines return three out of five starters on an offensive line awarded best in the nation (Joe Moore Award). And the craziest part?

They upgrade talent-wise at center with Rimington Award finalist Oluwatimi transferring in from Virginia. They do lose the talented Andrew Stueber to the NFL ranks, but Trente Jones and Karsen Barnhart both saw significant snaps last season and should be well-groomed to replace him.

The only question is how quickly the starter (presumed Jones at this point) gets situated. And even with depth, the Wolverines are in a solid place, with Barnhart capable of playing multiple spots even if not the starter, and both Reece Atteberry and Greg Crippen getting notable snaps last season.

Overall, they have every right to retain their standing atop the rankings here, with some future NFL offensive linemen in Ryan Hayes, Trevor Keegan, and Zak Zinter returning to the lineup.
