Michigan football has been trending with expert projections for Enow Etta from On3, Rivals, and 247 sports. But crystal balls and the like don’t equal commitments, so the Wolverines have to close and he’s on campus this weekend for an official visit.

According to the On3 prediction machine, the Wolverines have a 94-percent chance to win his commitment and a report from Steve Wiltfong this week made it sound like Stanford is going to be the toughest competition and he will visit there next weekend.

In addition to being an elite defender ranked 139th overall in the 2023 class according to the On3 consensus, the 6-foot-4, 250 defensive end also values academics, which is perfect for U-M.

There was some buzz after his Michigan State visit but that seems to have been based on nothing concrete. Etta is probably going to decide soon after his visits and it’s time for Michigan to lock down his recruitment.
