Projecting Michigan Football’s 2023 recruiting class

Offensive Skill Positions
The Wolverines have already gotten off to a solid start here, securing commitments from four-star running back Cole Cabana (MI), three-star running back Benjamin Hall (GA), and three-star wide receiver Semaj Morgan (MI).
Michigan football is probably set at running back with Cabana and Hall, assuming they keep Cabana at running back, but they will almost certainly be pushing for some additional wide receivers. And help could certainly come in a very unusual spot, with top-50 Texas wide receiver Johntay Cook II having a great deal of interest in Michigan. Cook ranks as the 41st overall player on the 247Sports Composite.
A couple of other options for the Wolverines here include four-star wide receiver Micah Tease, four-star wide receiver Fredrick Moore (MO), and four-star athlete Kenyon Sadiq (ID) who could play wide receiver, or a couple of other spots.
At tight end, the Wolverines seem like the favorite at the moment for three-star tight end Deakon Tonielli (IL), and are continuing to push for top-100 tight end Riley Williams (OR) from the West Coast. Tonielli seems like a great bet, but the bigger question will end up becoming whether or not the Wolverines aim to add multiple tight ends, something Jim Harbaugh and co. have consistently done since his arrival.
If they do, three-star tight end Chico Holt (TX) seems like a prime candidate to push for, along with a shot at flipping top-100 tight end Luke Hasz (OK) who is currently committed to Arkansas.
Prediction: Michigan football lands RB Cole Cabana, RB Benjamin Hall, TE Deakon Tonielli, TE Chico Holt, WR Semaj Morgan, WR Johntay Cook II, WR Fredrick Moore, and ATH Kenyon Sadiq.
