3. Eli Brooks is in a slump that he needs to get out of

One thing that was always reliable with this team was that Eli Brooks was going to play 30-40 minutes and give it his all no matter what. Eli Brooks’ historic U-M career should not and can not end on such a sour note.

Although the tide is shifting for the Wolverines, we sit at the 3rd straight game from Eli scoring less than 10 points. Eli’s defensive presence is important for the Wolverines but he needs to also start putting the ball in the basket.

While it’s easier said than done, we all know how elite Eli is at scoring, and I would hate to see his draft stock take a hit because of a slump.

He deserves a shot at the NBA as well as one last title appearance for the Wolverines, hopefully Eli can get out of this slump because his attribution to the team when streaking is insurmountable.
