While I have made it out to be only doom and gloom moving forward for the Wolverines after this Rutgers loss, there are positives to take away from this game. For example, Michigan fought back multiple times in this game. While the defense was abysmal, the offense tried its best to capitalize off Rutgers mistakes and got close to the Rutgers lead at times.

Although it is a telling game regarding the status of Michigan Basketball, the full story is not exactly being told all around the media.

Michigan basketball was missing five players, including a starter in this game due to COVID-19/Personal reasons, which affected the bench play in yesterday’s performance.
