The future is bright
Despite the sting of the loss, overall, Michigan had a tremendous season. Michigan fans should be extremely proud of the way the team fought through adversity and the way veterans stepped up to the plate.
We should all just burn the Orange Bowl tape and move on. It is what it is. The SEC is just built differently. It’s really simple as that. I don’t think any Big Ten team would’ve stood a shot against Georgia, to be honest.
Now that Michigan football finally made the College Football Playoff, momentum should hopefully carry on into next season. Obviously, a lot of veteran leadership will be gone, but other guys will surely step up to fill the void.
All is not lost for Michigan. The Wolverines should have a killer 2023 recruiting class, with potentially Harbaugh’s best class yet, and the offense retains almost all of its pieces.
