Terrance Williams stays hot

Caleb Houstan has been shooting the ball really well from 3-point range lately and that’s been huge for the Wolverines. That will continue on Saturday.

But another shooter that’s probably not talked about as much is Terrance Williams. Over the last two games, Williams has gone 4-for-5 from deep and is shooting 40 percent from beyond the arc for the season and averaging seven points per game.

Minnesota doesn’t like to give up many 3-point looks, but the Gophers can’t allow Dickinson to carve them up inside all night. Williams, who may need to play for defensive reasons too, will continue to hit shots and cement his role off the bench for Juwan Howard.

Odds and Prediction

The Wolverines easily covered the spread in their last two games and against Minnesota, Michigan is favored by 13.5 points according to the odds from WynnBet. The over/under is 135.

Minnesota has been successful at slowing down the pace this season against other teams and the Gophers are solid shooting the ball.

They will make this a game well into the second half but the Wolverines’ size and talent will be too much to overcome. Michigan basketball wins it 75-59.
