Battle for the Big Ten: Ohio State at Michigan

This year, No. 5 Michigan (10-1 overall, 6-1 Big Ten) and No. 2 Ohio State (10-1, 7-0 Big Ten) will both enter the game with one loss and competing for the Big Ten East’s bid to the Big Ten title game. With everything on the line for both schools, Jim Harbaugh and Ryan Day will have both teams ready to play on game day.

Heading into this weekend’s game, the Buckeyes are coming off an impressive 56-7 win over No. 7 Michigan State last Saturday. At the half, Ohio State led the Spartans 49-0. That same weekend, the Wolverines also handled their business at Maryland, 59-18.

After Oregon’s loss to Utah last Saturday, Michigan and Ohio State will be in the top five, with their eyes fixed on a conference title and a playoff berth. With both schools coming in hot, this Saturday’s match-up has shaped up to be something special as ESPN’s College GameDay will be coming to Ann Arbor.
