3. Winning the rebound battle dictates success

Michigan has some big dudes, let’s not beat around the bush. But Arizona has dudes such as Christian Koloko and Oumar Ballo who both stand at an impressive 7’0. Not just that but they have a fantastic guard from Lithuania, Azuolas Tubelis who stands at 6’11.

The Wildcats average about 8 more rebounds per game than the Wolverines at 48. Neither team has lost the rebound battle this season and I am sure that it’s going to play a gigantic role in who wins this basketball game.

The Wolverines were able to outrebound a mammoth UNLV team 33-24 and to me, that was a crucial part of the success the Wolverines had.

Limiting 2nd chance scoring opportunities and creating 2nd chance scoring opportunities for themselves is going to make or break the Wolverines.
