5-Star Wolverines target Domani Jackson the #2 CB in the class and 15th nationally according to 247-Sports has Decommited from the USC Trojans

Massive breaking news coming out of California tonight as one of Michigan football’s biggest recruiting targets in 2022 Domani Jackson has just decommitted from the USC Trojans.

Domani Jackson recently took a visit to Ann Arbor this September when the Wolverines faced off against the Washington Huskies, winning 31-10 in amazing fashion.

Domani Jackson has been trending up for the Wolverines as of late but right next to them is the Alabama Crimson Tide. Domani recently visited the Tide’s game against LSU on November 6th where the Tide narrowly escaped an underwhelming LSU Tigers team.

It’s unclear where he is leaning towards but as of right now it seems it’s between the Michigan Wolverines and the Alabama Crimson Tide according to 247 sports. This would not be the first time Jim Harbaugh has been in a recruiting battle with Nick Saban.

If you recall back in 2019 Daxton Hill was regarded as the best safety in the class and 14th nationally according to 247Sports. He committed to the Wolverines early in 2018 and later committed to Alabama. Almost 10 days later Daxton Hill decommitted from Alabama and ultimately signed with the Wolverines in what would be a blockbuster move in the recruiting year.

It’s going to be intriguing, to say the least, to see how all this pans out. The experts currently are predicting him to commit to Alabama but there is a mixed opinion on that. If the Wolverines can pick up Domani Jackson that’d be a massive bump in the 2022 recruiting class.
