2. Michigan can execute seamlessly without Corum

This is an overreaction that is royally unjust. Hassan Haskins ran roughshod over the Hoosiers, but the offense still needs Corum to function properly.

Indiana’s defense was no match for Haskins who put the offense on his shoulders with the absence of both Corum and budding freshman Donovan Edwards.

Haskins proved that he can be a one-man wrecking crew, but the more carriers that Michigan football can have, then the merrier it will be.

The combination of Corum and Haskins can be lethal, as we’ve seen so far this year. If Edwards gets more opportunities, then it will only make the rushing game even more dangerous.

It’s well documented that Corum’s injury doesn’t appear to be serious, but Michigan doesn’t release injury information to the public so we’ll all have to wait and see whether he suits up in State College.

Otherwise, Haskins will surely be ready to do more of what he did to Indiana, but this time it will be against a much more stout defense.
