3. They Aren’t Looking Ahead

Despite losing last week the vibe around the Wolverines is nothing other than determined. Determined to not let an emotional let down ruin their hopes, goals, and dreams. As evidenced by THIS comment by Jim Harbaugh, and the reassurance in THIS interview with defensive lineman Mike Morris.

Michigan teams of old would stumble out the gates in this game, and even let a close loss against a top 5 team turn into a slide that would wreck the entire season.

None of that seems to be the case.

Indiana does not have the same explosiveness that saw them throttle a horrid Wolverine team on in Bloomington, Indiana last season.

Their only prayer to winning is reliant on Michigan laying an egg this week. And that won’t happen. Not with this coaching staff, and with the leadership this team has shown they have.
