Overreaction 2: Wisconsin is not a reputable win.

This is an overreaction to the highest extent. Yes, the Badgers are 1-3 and are not their normal selves so far in 2021, but Michigan football hasn’t won in Camp Randall in twenty years.

That has to mean something for goodness sake. It’s Jim Harbaugh’s first win at Michigan as an underdog on the road.

Wisconsin spanked the Wolverines in the previous two meetings, so this has to be bitter-sweet for Michigan. Getting a monkey off their backs by winning in Madison can change the course of a program over time.

It can give them the push they need to help them get over the hump of figuring out how to win more and more away from the Big House.

Everyone who follows Michigan football and especially Harbaugh himself has been craving a victory of this nature for an eternity now.

With trips to East Lansing and Happy Valley still looming, Michigan can realistically dream about running the table leading up to the mitten state collision on Halloween eve.
