Michigan Football: 3 overreactions to Western Michigan win

#3. Hunter Dickinson’s tweet was utter nonsense.

This one didn’t pertain to the Western affair, but in case some didn’t see on twitter, Hunter Dickinson posted a tweet that may have been sarcastic, but as usual was taken out of total control by many. On Thursday night while the Buckeyes were struggling for a brief period of time with Minnesota, Dickinson took to social media to say Michigan would beat the Buckeyes this year.

The responses to the tweet were priceless as the norm for twitter. Many were confused if he meant football or basketball as well.

Needless to say Dickinson got roasted by countless people supporting the scarlet and grey and others who didn’t care for what he had on his mind during the Big Ten Network broadcast.

The next day it was bulletin board material across the internet for folks to read. Of course he could have meant in basketball, but with it being the offseason for the sport and by the timing of the post, it certainly felt like a jab at the Ohio State football squad.

This is an absurd overreaction that makes him look classless, unless he was being sarcastic of course.
