Michigan Football: 5 predictions for Wolverines vs Western Michigan
Michigan O-line controls things
There are some rumblings that Michigan football could be missing a starter on the offensive line for the game Saturday. It appears that Zak Zinter might be hurt, which would put veteran Chuck Filiaga on center stage as the starting right guard.
Ryan Hayes will be starting on the left, as well as Trevor Keegan, Andrew Vastardis, and Andrew Stueber. Earlier this week, Keegan talked about how Michigan wanted to be physical and run the football and it gave me chills.
That’s what this particular Michigan football team was built to do.
The Wolverines have three capable running backs and in Hassan Haskins, U-M has a real power back who always seems to move the pile forward.
Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards can add a different element to the offense but I expect the Wolverines to ground out over 200 yards, with Haskins hitting at least 100.
