RB1: Hassan Haskins; RB2: Blake Corum, Donovan Edwards

While the hope is that the quarterback play will be much improved next season, a big key to success for the offense in 2021 is going to be the running game.

Just like last season, Michigan football has a few really good options. Hassan Haskins was the most consistent performer a year ago averaging 6.1 yards per attempt and scoring six times.

The running game should be a focal point for the offense, especially with two dynamic youngsters behind Haskins in Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards.

Both Corum and Edwards are known for their ability to catch the ball and as far as Edwards is concerned, the five-star has a game-changing ability. That has led Harbaugh to say he will have a role this season and it will be interesting to see how much he gets involved.

Haskins also deserves to get the most touches and the rotation needs to be better than last season, but all three guys need to touch the football at least, ideally, around 10 times per game.
