Who wins?

At the beginning of the season, this wasn’t expected to be one of the Wolverines tougher early-season games but Northwestern comes in ranked 54th according to the Kenpom rankings.

The Wildcats will look to slow the tempo, shoot the ball well and force someone other than Dickinson to beat them and if the Wolverines shoot poorly, it just might work.

But Dickinson has already shown that he’s capable of doing just as much damage with his passing, as his post-up ability and Northwestern gives up a lot offensive rebounds, which should play right into his hands.

This is a golden opportunity for Michigan to improve to 4-0 and start off in a solid position as far as the team title race is concerned. Not only would it push the Wildcats two games back, but would help keep Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois at bay.

I expect this to be more of a grind like the Penn State game, but both teams can take advantage of weakness defensively, which means it will be close and somewhat high scoring.
