Isaiah Livers: A

This wasn’t peak Isaiah Livers or anything but you knew he was going to rebound from a poor shooting night against UCF and he made a statement early with a tough fadeaway he just buried over a defender. Livers was 3-of-4 from 3-point range and scored 16 points on just seven shot attempts. He also had six boards, an assist, two steals and a block. It was a solid showing and going into Big Ten play, Livers looks ready to go.

Chaundee Brown: A

You can’t ask for much more than Michigan basketball has been getting from Chaundee Brown, who had another really good effort in 20 minutes of work Wednesday. Brown attempted just four shots, but made all of them and scored nine points while dishing out three assists. For the season, Brown has connected on 12 triples and is shooting 46 percent from three. He can defend, rebound and he’s going to be extremely valuable as the season moves along.

Franz Wagner: B+

Wagner actually had a pretty solid night and it was good to see him connect on both of his 3-point attempts (he had one make prior in four games). He also stayed out of foul trouble and showed off his passing skills with four assists. He also continued to move well without the ball but surprisingly was just 2-of-6 inside. My biggest criticism of Wagner is that I believe he still needs to be more assertive. Eli Brooks shouldn’t have 12 shots, while Franz and Livers combine for 15. He does seems to be gaining more confidence, but I want to see him hunt his shot more.
