Michigan hits net low under Harbaugh

Right now there are plenty of Michigan football fans that want the entire coaching staff to go and this program has basically hit rock bottom under Jim Harbaugh, so it’s hard to blame them.

Former Michigan quarterback Brian Griese has had enough of Harbaugh and he even joined the chorus calling his ouster after the Penn State loss. Here’s what he tweeted:

Griese tweeted out the graphic above, saying “Enough is enough” and the sad thing is that graphic doesn’t even begin to describe how bad things have gotten.

Michigan football has fallen behind in every single game this year and on Saturday, for the fourth time in six games, it didn’t hold the lead for a second. Since Week 1, Michigan has led in the fourth quarter/overtime against Rutgers and that’s it.

Harbaugh is now 3-3 against MSU, 3-3 against Penn State and 2-3 against Wisconsin. Mel Tucker went on the road and beat No. 8 Northwestern, so in five weeks, Tucker has more wins on the road against ranked teams than Jim does in nearly six full seasons.

And beyond that, this program looks like it did under the Brady Hoke or Rich-Rod days. It simply can’t compete right now against average Big Ten teams and it’s pathetic.

You never thought you would see a team coached by Jim Harbaugh so lackadaisical but the Wolverines haven’t gotten up for a game at home all season, which is probably why they are now in danger of being the first Michigan football team to go winless at home.

If that isn’t a sign of how bad things have gotten, I don’t know what is.
