Hassan Haskins is racing ahead of a crowded backfield
The junior displayed another commendable effort on the afternoon. He spearheaded the offense with 100 yards and two scores. He also set up the tie at 7-7 with a 59-yard burst late in quarter number one. Not much else of anything good came out of this one for the downward spiral that is Michigan football nowadays.
Zach Charbonnet who has been rumored to be on his way out of Ann Arbor didn’t even see the field today. He’s been getting reps very sparingly lately and this will only add fuel to the fire that he is unhappy here and will likely depart whenever this cringeworthy season decides to call it quits.
Cade McNamara got dinged up on Michigan’s initial touchdown drive right before the maize and blue found paydirt to even the score at 7.
He was never the same after banging his shoulder between a defender and the ground. He pushed through the pain to re-enter the fight, but couldn’t finish all the way through. His status for Maryland probably won’t be decided until next week at the earliest.
