The lack of urgency and energy is deeply troubling.

Michigan football came out uninspired for the second straight contest. The Wolverines went three and out on their opening drive and gave up six to flip the script on Indiana’s side of things.

The fire and passion that should always be routine before the start of every contest is non-existent until things are in dire straights. This eventually leads to a disaster waiting to happen.

If you can’t get the juices flowing for a rivalry game, then there’s no hope for this team moving forward. The season is completely shot and historic lows are going to continue to be the trend for the remainder of the schedule. This is truly a sad state of affairs for a once proud program of the distant past.

More excuses will be made and not many results will come of this latest embarrassment. No one or nothing is going to change this season until it is painfully in the books. That is an awfully hard pill to swallow for anyone involved inside or outside of this program.
