Michael Penix will frustrate Michigan

Michigan should be able to hit Michael Penix Jr.  and looking back to the game against Penn State, he wasn’t all that great. He completed just 19-of-36 passes for 170 yards, which isn’t a strong completion percentage or average per attempt.

That should give Michigan football fans hope, although there is a lot of concern about the corners especially after Vincent Gray and Gemon Green and others had some issues last week. We’ll see if Daxton Hill plays more at corner, nickel or safety, but his cover skills are needed.

Not only does Indiana have a talented quarterback, they have Scott in the backfield and some talented pass catchers too such as Whop Philyor and Ty Fryfogle. Indiana will make some big plays and Penix Jr. will likely throw a couple of touchdown passes.

But at the end of the day, this game will look more like Minnesota than Michigan State from a Michigan perspective and that’s because the Wolverines will sack Penix Jr. and harrass him, even though he will cause some frustrating moments too.
