Michigan Football: Ranking 2020 opponents by difficulty

2. vs Penn State – November 28th

The Wolverines thoroughly dominated the Nittany Lions for the last three-quarters of their game last year. Unfortunately, they dug a huge hole in the first quarter that they just couldn’t get out of. They almost did though, but a ball slipped through Ronnie Bell‘s hands that would have tied the game in the last minute.

Michigan will be looking for revenge, but the Nittany Lions still bring in a very good team dreaming of winning the Big Ten.

These two teams have gone back and forth winning games and if that trend continues the Wolverines should come out on top. If only things were that simple.

It will feel weird playing anyone other than the Buckeyes during Thanksgiving week, but hopefully, the change in opponent will change the outcome.
