Maryland at Michigan (W)

Maryland, like Rutgers, just isn’t on that same level talent wise as Michigan football and outside of the ugly loss by Brady Hoke’s crew back in 2014, the Wolverines have owned the Terrapins.

This will be the final home game on the schedule and there could be some looking ahead to Ohio State, because at this point, I have the Wolverines entering this game 6-0. But I just don’t see how Maryland pulls this upset.

Michigan at Ohio State (L)

Last year, I thought Michigan football was going to have a good shot at defeating Ohio State. The Wolverines were at home, had an experienced quarterback and were facing a new head coach.

But Ryan Day proved to be worthy of being the Buckeyes head coach and Justin Fields is among the best players in the country. Without the transfer of Fields, Michigan would’ve been in a much better position to win last year and in 2020.

If Milton exceeds everyone’s expecations and plays like a potential first-round pick this year, which I do think is possible, Michigan will have a puncher’s chance at winning this game, especially since the Horseshoe will be empty.

I believe the game will be more competitive, but in the end, Michigan will get its heart broken again to finish the regular season 7-1.
