Michigan Football: 4 predictions for Wolverines 2020-21 season
The Game
Ohio State is recruiting and playing on another level. Slightly below those who top the SEC and that Tiger team in the ACC, but still in the elite category.
This offseason, Ryan Day has accumulated the No. 1 class for 2021, and they will likely hold there or right around that spot, and for 2020 they have the fifth-highest class in the nation and No. 1 in-conference.
Two years in a row they have embarrassed Michigan football both in the Shoe and out of it, and they show no signs of slowing down. Their dedication to beating the squad they so affectionately refer to as That Team Up North is unmatched (if only they spent some of that time concentrating on Alabama and Clemson they might have a few more titles).
Anyway, Michigan has recruited near the top and is always near the top of the Big Ten in terms of wins, but they can’t quite get past their most hated enemy.
That won’t stop in 2020. UM remains too far behind at the moment, and they must travel into enemy territory with four new linemen and a new, yet to be decided, man under center.
It will be closer than what some will expect, and the Wolverines will give the Buckeyes a scare, but in the end, OSU will prevail.
