Cesar Ruiz is no joke

The New Orleans Saints have a formidable offense that features the likes of Drew Bree’s, Alvin Kamara, and Michael Thomas. They used their first round pick, No. 24 overall, on Cesar Ruiz.

The former Michigan center is a steal, even though interior offensive lineman usually don’t go very early in drafts like tackles do.

Sean Payton is getting a workhorse on the offensive line. Ruiz was the anchor of a very good offensive line for the Wolverines the last two seasons, as he started every game for Michigan football the last two years.

Cesar will be going to a great situation with the Saints. They have enjoyed a lot of success in the last 10 years and are looking to get back to the Super Bowl.

Look for Cesar to push for playing time as a rookie. He is a plug and play type of player. He is a consistent force that will help the Saints for years to come.
