One thing that’s awesome about being a Michigan football or basketball fan is that there is no shortage of great documentaries out there. Obviously, most people know about ESPN’s 30 for 30 serious about the Fab Five which is definitely worth a watch right now, since Juwan Howard is the head coach of the Wolverines.
Howard is putting together a loaded recruiting class, one that closely resembles that Fab Five, especially if Isaiah Todd and Joshua Christopher end up in Ann Arbor.
There are also some really cool shows the Big Ten Network has put out such as “Divided We Stand” this year on the rivalry between Michigan and Michigan State, which is fun, especially since the Wolverines have won three out of four on the football field there, so it might not be as painful.
HBO also put together a rivalry documentary about “The Game” and it was right around when Bo passed away and when the two teams met in the 2006 game when it was No. 1 vs No. 2.
