Giles Jackson

By the end of the season, it was clear that Giles Jackson was among Michigan football’s most dynamic young players and it’s going to be exciting to see how he is utilized in 2020.

Jackson touched the ball 19 times from scrimmage and racked up 211 yards. He also scored two touchdowns, one on a touchdown run against Ohio State and another on a TD reception, as well as a kickoff return for a touchdown against Maryland.

Jackson is small in stature, but he is dynamic and he is unlike any playmaker Michigan has had in a while and if the end of last season was any indication, Gattis knows how to use him.

Certainly, Ronnie Bell will be a huge factor again and I’d expect him to lead the team in receptions, but in terms of explosive plays, my best is that Jackson, as a receiver, runner and returner, will provide as many as anyone else on the offense in 2020.
