No Letdown In Between Rivals

With Indiana sandwiched between Michigan’s two fiercest rivals, the maize and blue didn’t flinch.

Coming into 2019 it was seen as a tough stretch to finish the season, but Michigan answered the bell in two out of the three. Indiana was the definition of a trap game, but that never fazed a club that is performing like they still have a shot at a possible New Year’s six bowl berth.

In the last four outings the Michigan defense has only given up roughly 11 points per game. That’s been a trend under Harbaugh’s tutelage over the previous few seasons. The problem has been finishing when battling OSU though. Don Brown has preached this to his unit nauseatingly and will do it undoubtedly over the upcoming seven days.

Offensively, Josh Gattis and company is averaging 41.5 a contest. The question will be whether or not they can maintain this high-powered attack or succumb to the recent blunders when opposing the Buckeyes. The plan should be to do whatever it takes and even something different to overcome the hurdle that faces Michigan in Ann Arbor  next weekend.
