This win will propel the Wolverines forward

Last night, Michigan football looked like Michigan football at its best. The quarterback was efficient, the defense was dominant and the running game was outstanding.

Ian Book was made to look foolish, as was the Notre Dame defense and Brian Kelly for that matter, seeing as his team got embarrassed on national television and unceremoniously kicked out of the playoff race.

To be fair, the Wolverines were already out, but what’s also true is that this program finally has some momentum.

This game felt so much like the Wisconsin game last season. People had the same anxiety about winning big games and the Wolverines stomped the Badgers. That was part of a 10-game winning streak and it feels like this team is about to do something similar.
