Michigan to play outside of United States
While Harbaugh had more than a few interesting things to say on Friday, maybe the thing that resonated the most was when he said Michigan football was closing in on an agreement to play a game outside the country.
"Mexico City would be great. Can talk to Warde and Doug about this. Really close to announcing to playing another team on foreign soil. I better not say it yet."

The topic came up when Harbaugh was asked about the foreign trips and things of that nature and he said that the Wolverines were working on something and that there would be an announcement soon.
Harbaugh says there will soon be an announcement of Michigan playing a game against a team on "foreign soil."

Says he won't say who or when or what.
Obviously, not all Michigan fans were excited about this news because it could mean the loss of a home game. More likely, the Wolverines would play a neutral site game instead of a road game like going to Notre Dame last fall.
I would love to see Michigan and Notre Dame play in Ireland or something but that seems too easy. London has a fancy new stadium and it wouldn’t be shocking if that wound up being the destination.
