5. Jerame Tuman

This is where the list gets personal. I was in the stands in 1998 when Brian Griese hit Jerame Tuman for a 23-yard game-winning touchdown pass in the 1998 Rose Bowl game against Washington State. It was glorious.

Before Tuman came to play for Michigan, he was a Prep Football Report All-America and All-Midlands selection. He was also rated by Blue Chip Illustrated as the fifth-best tight end prospect in the nation.

Tuman made the Big Ten history books three times: once in for Receiving Yards per Reception in 1996 and twice for Receiving Touchdowns in 1996 and 1997. His great play over was recognized and he was added to the First Team All-Big Ten Conference three times.

With a fifth-round pick, the Pittsburgh Steelers grabbed Tuman and won a Super Bowl with him (Super Bowl XL). Jerame left the NFL in 2008 after amassing a total of 46 receptions for 541 yards over his nine professional years.
