Who else?

Mgoblue.com lists the Michigan men who are eligible for the 2019 NFL draft.

Zach Gentry was the star Michigan tight end who was his own worst enemy. A rough day at the combine saw his draft stock plummet but he might get selected somewhere in the fifth to the seventh round.

The lone lineman Juwann Bushell-Beatty is a guy who will probably end up as an undrafted free agent and on a practice squad.

Running back Berkely Edwards put his name in the hat but is unlikely to make an NFL roster.

Bryan Mone, Lawrence Marshall, Brandon Watson, and Grant Perry, entered but it’s improbable they will get selected in this draft; however, they have bright futures either in the re-designed XFL or in the CFL.

Long snapper Andrew Robinson’s best hope is a seventh-round pick but drafting an LS is rare typically leads to an onslaught of jokes directed at the GM and coach who pulled the trigger on the selection.

Let’s not forget Wilton Speight who transferred out of Michigan and completed his collegiate career at UCLA. He had this to say about his NFL draft day hopes.

“I’m not going to be a first-round or second-round or third-round guy,” Speight said, “but I might squeeze in there late in the draft or be a priority free agent.”
