Wolverines need more shooting to win big

The loss to Texas Tech exposed one of the Wolverines biggest weaknesses this season and that was a lack of shooting.

If there was one player that Michigan basketball really needed last night, it was someone like Duncan Robinson who can occupy a spot on the floor and routinely knock down contested 3-pointers.

Michigan has guys that can do that, but no one that is really a sharpshooter and they could use one. Livers led the team in 3-point percentage and he needs to shoot more. Poole and Iggy are also decent shooters but if the Wolverines are going to have a chance to advance farther next season, it needs to work on its shooting ability.

Guys like Jon Teske have improved greatly, so that is proof that others can too. UM also needs to hope that Jalen Wilson and Cole Bajema, two four-star freshmen can make immediate impacts.
