Jordan Poole needs to bring his “A” game to Chicago

In order to win championships, you need your best players to show up and if the Wolverines are going to have a chance to win a Big Ten title this week, Poole needs to not only show up, he needs to dominate.

At the start of the season, Poole looked like he was becoming to the go-to guy for the Wolverines as he put together three 20-point games during a seven-game stretch. Since then, he has just one and for the season, he is scoring just 13 points a game.

While that average isn’t bad, it’s not going to cut it this week. Michigan basketball needs a No. 1 scorer and Poole is one of the few guys capable of stepping up and filling that role. He can attack the basket, he can shoot the ball from 3-point range and he’s the best option the Wolverines have for the pick-and-roll.

If Michigan is going to win three games this week, Poole is going to need to score between 50-60 points and the good news is that he’s totally capable of that. Now he just has to deliver, along with this teammates.
