Rashawn Williams

Rashawn Williams is a four-star wide receiver and the third-ranked prospect in the state of Michigan according to 247 sports and following his visit to Ann Arbor last month during Junior day, he seems to be leaning towards the Wolverines.

However, he is being chased by a bunch of Big Ten schools including Ohio State which is the only other school to hold any of his crystal ball predictions. Michigan football still holds 88 percent of his predictions and the Wolverines have to be considered the favorite for the 6-foot-1 wideout.

Purdue and Maryland both extended offers to Williams this week, yet he also has offers from a slew of SEC schools including Missouri. But, ever since the hire of Josh Gattis, Michigan has pulled ahead.

Missing out on Williams wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world for Michigan, because Gattis has attracted a number of pass catchers since his arrival, but seeing how Williams could bring Devell Washington, a three-star receiver and another in-state prospect with him, landing Williams is still pretty important.
