Key injuries to watch for the Wolverines

The injury that most Michigan football fans have been keeping an eye on is to defensive end, Rashan Gary. And while it will be fascinating to see if he plays Saturday, the more immediate concern should be with right tackle Juwann Bushell-Beatty.

If you recall, Bushell-Beatty went out in the fourth quarter against Michigan State and didn’t return. Andrew Stueber replaced him and that will be one of the things I am watching for on the first series for Michigan. Who is the right tackle?

Bushell-Beatty has played his best football this season and with the offensive line finally coming together, any kind of shake-up is unwelcome.

Of course, it would be great to see Gary back on the field or more Tarik Black. But at this point, compared to Bushell-Beatty, having either of those guys is a luxury. The right tackle is a necessity.
