Devin Bush Jr. will become a superstar

If you are a college football fan and don’t know the name Devin Bush Jr., then something is seriously wrong with you. That’s probably taking it too far but you are definitely missing out if you haven’t seen him play.

Last season, Bush dominated from his middle linebacker spot, racking up 95 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, seven passes defensed and one interception. There is a reason he is getting preseason All-American honors and by next April, I expect him to be a first-round pick in the NFL draft.

Don’t get me wrong, I think guys like Rashan Gary, Chase Winovich and Khaleke Hudson are all going to be tremendous. I also believe Gary will have a better NFL career long term than Bush. But right now, Bush is a better football player and he will be in a position to make more plays than Gary, who will see constant double teams.

Bush can cover, blitz, stop the run, really he can do it all and by season’s end, he will be known as the Wolverines mot valuable defender.
